Quick Search; Summary Page template Script updated to add 'handled' parameter

The Quick Search Summary Script (defined under Global Settings, Quick Search) will only override the build-in Quick Search Summary if it sets the ByRef handled parameter to True.

Without this, the built-in Summary will always be used which was not obvious.

The Template Script has been updated to reflect this. The sample GetPage method now has a ByRef handled parameter.
