GreenId, Australian Background Check; Summary table showing a blank description

When creating a GreenId Background Check the Summary table may show nothing in the Description. In particular the "Dun and Bradstreet Credit History Check" was not handled correctly.

This was because an unexpected Source was received. Now, if an unexpected source is received the raw code will be displayed, rather than a user friendly description.

In addition the summary page script colours have been updated.

The following built-in Summary Pages have been updated:

"SummaryPage_CreditEnquiryReport_GreenId" has been updated to version 1.02 on 13/04/2015.
