Credit Enquiry; cannot complete a VedaXMLNZ "Commercial Check" enquiry

The "VedaXMLNZ" Credit Enquiry service "Commercial Check" product is not working.

After clicking Next on the Options page of the wizard the following message is displayed "Consent must be obtained from the subject of the Enquiry". You cannot progress further.
