Refinance Account; Account Type does not default when Product Type changed

When Refinancing an Account, the Account Type does not default when the Product Type is changed.

This has been changed so if the Product Type changes, and therefore the Account Type becomes invalid, the Account Type is re-defaulted from the Product Type.
