Grids "Save Defaults" button; updated behaviour to immediately save layout

The behaviour of the "Save Defaults" button found under most grids has changed slightly.

Previously, if the User Preferences "Save Form layouts" and "Save Grid layouts when Form is closed" were both checked the grid layout was not immediately saved when the button is clicked. The layout was saved when the form was closed.

This has changed so the Grid layout is immediately saved.

Note, in some Reports this is important because the saved grid layout is used if the "as per grid" option is used.
