Account form; Precomputed Interest Loans where Charged Upfront now hide zero Interest transactions in compact view

On the Account form, Transactions page, Interest transactions are not show where:

1. Precomputed Interest Loans where Interest is charged Upfront.
2. Interest Transaction's value is Nil.
3. Transaction grid is in Compact View OR the Preview Pane is hidden.

Note, the Account Details Report, Transactions section no longer includes Nil Interest Transactions where the Loan's Interest is Precomputed and charged Upfront.
