General Ledger Export; may fail with a "Key does not exist in collection." error

The General Ledger Export may fail with an "An unhandled exception has occurred. Key does not exist in collection." error.

This occurs if the export includes a "Payment Due" transaction that links to an Element where the GL Account is undefined and the Summary Type is "Full Detail".

The change made means Transactions with a zero value are no longer included in the export. This includes transactions such as Payment Due, Balance Adjustment and Nil Interest transactions.
