Account Applications; Defaults and scripting added for Accept/ Decline Account Application wizard

The Options page of the Account Application Types form now has the following options which are used by the Accept/ Decline Account Application wizard for defaulting the corresponding checkboxes:

• Create Clients when not Accepting the Application?
• Update existing Clients when not Accepting the Application?

In addition to this, a new AcceptDeclineAcceptStatusSet Script event is available to allow further tweaking to the finAccountAppAcceptDecline object (and therefore the Accept/ Decline Account Application wizard).
