Account Applications; Collateral page; Summary now refreshes when a Log has been added or deleted

The Summary on the Account Applications form, Collateral page now refreshes when a Log is added or deleted.

Since the built-in Summary Page displays a list of Logs for the selected Collateral Item, this means that the page is immediately up-to-date with the change.
