Bank Account Enquiry; Bank Statements "Show this report in a separate Window" button always disabled

On the Bank Account Enquiry Report for the Bank Statements service, the buttons below the Report include a button to "Show this report in a separate Window".

This button is always disabled for Bank Statements. This button should be enabled once the Report has been retrieved.
