New Account wizard, Other Details page; layout issue corrected

On the Other Details page of the New Account wizard, the "Do not Direct Debit Payment on date opened?" check box is not correctly laid out, it's top position is too low.

Note, to see this option the Payment must be in Advance and the Payment Method must be a Direct Debit.
