Database Purge; enhanced so deletes Bank Statement Enquiry status checks

The Database Purge has been enhanced to delete Bank Statement Enquiry status check Service Log records.

These records do not affect the original Request or the Reports retrieved, but rather are the intermediate status checks to see if the Report is ready to download.

Note, this applies to Decision Logic, Credit Send and Bank Statements interfaces.
