New Company Wizard; 'Payment Dishonour Letter' document not configured correctly and is cleared when editing Global Settings

The New Company Wizard created a 'Payment Dishonour Letter' (PAYD by default). However, this Document was not configured to 'Allow Document to be from from a Log'.

This meant that when Global Settings were edited, the dropdown list in which the Document is displayed did not contain the PAYD Document and therefore, saving Global Settings would clear the Document.

Another side effect was that attempting to close the Global Settings form would prompt to save changes, even if no changes had been made.
