Workflows; Version 2; Outcome to 'Repeat Item Group' fails

In Version 2 type Workflows, attempting to perform an outcome of 'Repeat Item Group' for an outcome on an Item Group type item fails and leaves an open database transaction which will then display a fatal error and exit finPOWER Connect when attempting to do anything else within the system.
