Logs; Extended Data can now be set from the business layer, even for existing Logs

Business layer log objects, e.g., finAccountLog, have ExtendedType and ExtendedData properties. These are used to store additional information, e.g., details of an SMS or Email message.

Previously, these could only be set on a new Log, not an existing record.

This restriction has been lifted but with the following restrictions:

• System Logs, e.g., Audit Logs cannot have their Extended details updated.
• The Extended details can only be set on existing Logs providing the Log's original ExtendedType property (i.e., when the Log was loaded from the database) is 'None'.
