Page Sets; Pasting Template Script code now allows various types of Template to be inserted

Clicking the 'Paste template Script code' button on the Script page of the Page Sets form will now prompt for the template to insert. Available templates are based on licensed Add-Ons and include:

• General
• Account Application

NOTE: If only the 'General' option is available (i.e., Account Applications are not licensed), the User will not be prompted which template to insert.
