SMS; ClickSend (Intelligent Technologies Australia) now uses the Reply Display Name
The SMS Service "ClickSend (Intelligent Technologies Australia)" now supports the Reply Display Name.
For ClickSend, the Reply Name is sent as part of the message, e.g. "John Smith:the message". In this example the name is "John Smith" and the message entered is "the message".
To define the Reply Name, enter the name under Global Settings or User Preference on the Message, SMS page. Note, a User Preference "Display Name" overrides the Global Settings "Display Name".
In addition, the Process, Send SMS wizard now shows the entire message, including the Reply Display Name in the Confirm page.
Note, the Reply Name adds characters to the overall message character count.
The following forms have been updated:
- SMS Message wizard
- Workflow Actions wizard
- For both Ad-Hoc and Document-based SMS Messages
- Send Document wizard, e.g., Create Account Document wizard (from the Send Document action on the Accounts form)
- Document Execute wizard, e.g., Account Documents wizard from Report Explorer
