Account code auto-sequencing; new option for Entity to set a sequence

A new option to auto-sequence Account codes by Entity has been added.

The new priority when generating an auto-sequenced Account code is:

Account Type
Product Type
Entity Account Class
Entity Account
Global Account Class
Global Account

Note, there is a new page on the Admin, Entity Form "Accounts" where the Next code can be defined.
