Workflows; Version 2; New Item Group option to clear the Recall Date when an item in the group is completed
If a Workflow has an 'Open' item (e.g., a 'Wait' type Item that has set the recall date to one week from today), and another item is manually actioned by the User (e.g., to send an Email), the Workflow's Recall Date was cleared.
This behaviour remains the same for Version 1 type Workflows but, Items Groups for Version 2 Workflow Types can now define whether to 'Clear Workflow's Recall Date when completing any item in this Item Group?'. This new flag is False by default meaning that Version 2 type Workflows have a different default behaviour to Version 1 type Workflows.
With this new option checked, when an item is actioned, the Recall Date will be cleared regardless of wether there is currently an 'Open' item in the group (unless this conflicts with the item type, e.g., a 'Wait' type Item or an item with an outcome action of 'Set Recall Date' or 'Wait').
