finAccountPayment Business Layer object; new option to indicate that the Payment has been printed/ exported

A new option has been added to the finAccountPayment Business Layer object to indicate that the Payment has been printed/ exported.

This is useful in scripts to override the exported status of a Payment that has already been direct debited externally from finPOWER Connect.

The new property is "Printed" and its default value is False.

The Bank Transaction drilldown form's summary page's "Export" block will now show "Transaction will not be exported" where the Printed status has been set to True.

The following built-in Summary Pages have been updated:

"SummaryPage_BankTransactionView_TransactionsSummary" has been updated to version 1.04 on 24/03/2015.
