Built-in Workflow Key Details Summary Page updated to Version 2

The built-in Workflow Key Details Script has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) type Script.

Currently, this Script is only the default for Version 2 type Workflows and therefore any Scripts using the "#builtin" directive will remain unchanged.

The following supporting changes have been made:

• The Workflow Types form, Summary Script page now allows a "Summary Page (version 2)" type Script to be selected as the Summary Page.
