Security Items; new Business Layer scripting method to calculate the Security Value and Residual Value from percentages

A new Business Layer method has been added to Security Statement Items to calculate the Security Value and Residual Value from the Item's Valuation and Residual percentages.

The new method is "ValuesUpdateFromPercentages".
