GreenId Credit Enquiry; Rule Set name can now be specified

A new Global Setting has been added for GreenId to define the Rule Set name to use. This is located under Global Settings, Clients, GreenId.

This only needs to be set when more than one rule set has been defined by GreenId for the account.

If left blank it will use the standard name "default".
