Accounts; adding a new Account may cause an Unhandled Exception error

Adding a new Account may cause an "An unhandled exception has occurred. Value was either too large or too small for a Decimal." error.

To recreate:

1. Add a new Account
2. Amount Financed = $1500
3. Interest Rate = 58%
4. Override Payment = $1.00
5. Click Calculate.
