Accounts; cannot save an Account if Client has an Account Role that is no longer valid

finPOWER Connect will not allow an Account to be saved if a Client has an Account Role that is no longer valid for the Product Type.

To recreate:

1. Add a new Account, linked to a Client with a Co-Borrower role.
2. Open the Product Type and make the Co-Borrower Account Role not "Available".
3. Edit the Account and change anything, e.g. Notes.

The Account fails to save with an error like "Account Role '[RoleId]' is not valid for Client '[ClientId]'".

This has been changed so that only if the Account is a Quote or the Client has been amended is the Account Role tested.
