Summary Pages may include visible HTML tags, e.g., if a WikiText Summary Table cell contains an HTML template such as {{Info|This is **Wiki** text.}}, the HTML bold tags were displayed.
The finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder.ParseWikiTextSimple method incorrectly included the content of HTML Templates when parsing.
