Summary Tables; AddDouble method now accepts a 'fixedDecimalPlaces' parameter

The AddDouble method of the ISSummaryTableCells class now accepts a 'fixedDecimalPlaces' parameter.

This forces the value to display as a fixed number of decimal places (rather than a maximum number of decimal places).

For example specifying decimal places of 4 and setting the new parameter to True will display 123.45 as '123.4500' rather than '123.45'.
