Document Manager; using an auto-sequenced code for an existing record moves the folder to "(Bulk)"

Using an auto-sequenced code for an existing record tries to move the Document Manager folder to "(Bulk)" rather than the new code. This can result in an error stating "A possible cause is that a file in Folder '[Foldername]' is in use.".

To recreate edit a Client or Account clear the Code and Save - this generates a new auto-sequenced code.

Note, this applies to Accounts, Clients and Security Statements.
