Security Statements; NZ PPSR warnings re invalid VIN not picking invalid lower case i, o or q.

The warnings for Security Statements was not including a VIN, where the VIN included a lower case i, o or q. The correct warning was given for upper case I, O and Q.

Note, in addition, after entering a VIN, it is validated and if valid will now be reformatted to upper case letters.
