Security Statement Item; error message displayed twice

When saving a Security Statement Item an error message might be displayed twice.

To recreate:

1. Add or Edit a Motor Vehicle Security Item.
2. Enter an invalid VIN number, e.g. only 1 character.
3. Whilst the cursor is still on the VIN control click the Save button.

A message will appear stating the VIN is invalid, click Ok then the form disappears and a second message box is displayed.

In addition, if you switch to another form, an error message may appear on top of the new form, which is confusing. This will no longer occur. To recreate:

1. Add or Edit a Motor Vehicle Security Item.
2. Enter an invalid VIN number, e.g. only 1 character.
3. Open another form.
