Transaction Dates; ignore Entity Transaction End Date for some Transactions
Typically all Transaction dates are validated against the Entity Transaction Begin and End Date range.
However, this may cause issues where a Loan is closed early and the re-opened later for some reason - and at this point the Entity "Begin Date" is now dated after the date the Loan was closed. In this case Payment Due transactions may be created after the Loan was originally closed but before the Entity Begin Date - and this causes the process to fail.
As a workaround you could temporally change the Entity "Begin Date" to process the Loan
However, a change has been made to relax the Begin Date check for the following Transaction Types:
1. Payment Due transactions. Note, the value is always zero, so does not affect General ledger transactions.
2. Interest transactions with a zero value. These are typically catch-up transactions when a Loan is re-opened.
