Bank Transaction Import; no longer matches to Reversed Bank Transactions

Bank Transaction Import services no longer match to Reversed Bank Transactions - if that service includes a unique identifier to the original Bank Transaction.

This means if the Bank Transaction has been reversed it will be ignored in the import.
