Task Manager; Add Workflow button below Tasks grid not defaulting to Client type Workflows

The Add Workflow button below the Tasks grid in the Task Manager should open the New Workflow form for the correct type of Workflow based on the selected Task in the grid, e.g., if a Task for Account L10000 is selected, these should be the defaults for the New Workflow wizard.

This functionality was not working if a Client type Task was selected; the New Workflow wizard default to Account type Workflows.
