Web Configs; Soap Web Service Calls; new option to NOT use Global Default Proxy

A new Web Config setting (added to match the new Global Setting, under the General, Internet page), has been added for Proxy Servers. This changes the way finPOWER Connect initialises an Internet connection through a Proxy Server for some Web services. The setting is "Use Global Default Proxy?".

Previously a Web service call, that used a Proxy Server, might set and restore the "Global Default Proxy" for the entire finPOWER Connect session. This would not normally cause an issue, except potentially finPOWER Connect's own Web Services. However, this new option allows the Proxy Server to be set specifically for the Web service call being made, i.e. not globally.

Note, it is recommended this setting is unchecked (the default).
