Create Document wizard; New Application Shortcut parameter to limit to supplied Document

A new 'LimitDocumentList' parameter can be used in Application Shortcuts that show the Create Document wizard. This ensures that the wizard limits the list of Documents to the supplied Document, i.e., the Documents grid will contain a maximum of one row.

The following Application Shortcut achieves this:
