Payment Received and Investment transactions; allow Negative value Transactions to be reversed

Negative Payment Received, Investment and Additional Investment transactions can now be reversed.

Note, the Bank Transaction Reverse wizard will default the Fee charge, Send Document and Create Workflow check boxes as unchecked. Also, the Reschedule Payment option will not be shown.
