Account Close wizard; Close Note information lists can now be overridden on the Product Type

Close Note information lists can now be overridden on the Product Type, allowing Loan and Deposit Accounts, for example, to have different lists.

The Product Type now also shows default Information Lists as a blank tip.

Note these lists are used in the Account Accept/ Decline wizard (Decline and Unwanted) and the Account Close wizard.
