Runtime; DateUtilities; DayOfMonthOrdinalWord function can now return just the ordinal word without the day number
The finBL.Runtime.DateUtilities.DayOfMonthOrdinalWord function now has an optional parameter, includeDay which, if set to False will omit the date number, e.g., return "th" instead of "5th".
