Scripts; #Reference directive not handled correctly

In Scripts, the #Reference directive can be used to reference a .NET assembly not automatically referenced by the Script.

However, once a #Reference directive had been encountered, all other directives (e.g., #Include) after it were being ignored.

A trace warning, "An unknown directive '#Reference' was encountered in Script." was also written.
