Workflows; Send Email or SMS Document type items can now specify Broker and Dealer Employees

When configuring a Workflow Type, 'Send Document' type items for Email and SMS type Documents can now specify whether to also send to Broker and Dealer Employees.

NOTE: This functionality is only available for 'Version 2' Workflow Types.

The Email and Phone Number defined on the Broker and Dealer Employee will be used (the Phone Number will be assumed to be SMS-capable). If no Email or Phone Number are defined but the Employee is linked to a Client, the Client's Contact Methods will be used instead.
