Workflows; Attempting to perform a PPSR Search causes unhandled exception if no permission to view Client

If a User does not have permission to view a particular Client and they attempt to action a 'PPSR Search' type Workflow Item, the following unhandled exception may occur:

An unhandled exception has occurred.

Value Close() cannot be called while doing CreateHandle().
