Scripts; Summary Page Standard Blocks resource removed from finSupport2.dll

The resource file used to supply the code for Summary Page Standard Blocks has been removed from being included in the finSupport2 .NET assembly.

The content of this file is now contained in a text file that is stored in the Templates/Sample Scripts folder.

Removing this file reduces the memory overhead of the finSupport2 assembly and allows for easier updating of the file.
