Workflows; Workflow Items of type 'None' are now represented by an icon

Generally, adding a Workflow Item of type 'None' to a Workflow Type means that the item will be processed by Script code.

Previously, 'None' type items did not display an Icon which could be visually jarring or confusing in certain circumstances.

With this in mind, the icon used in the Workflow Items treeview and elsewhere has been updated to use a new 'WorkflowItem_None' icon.

NOTE: 'None' type items may be used to update the Workflow's Flag Colour or Account Monitor Categories but more commonly they are used to run Script code.
