Global Settings, Clients, DecisionLogic page; Verify button partially hidden

The Verify button on the Global Settings, Client page for the Bank Account services can be partially hidden if the client is not licenced for SMS.

This applies to both the Credit Sense and DecisionLogic settings pages.
