Workflows; New functionality to retrieve object to use with a Decision Card

A new GetSourceObjectForDecisionCard method has been added to finWorkflowItem.

This method replaces the existing functionality used to determine the correct object to run against a Decision Card and allows slightly more flexibility, e.g., a Workflow Item (via its SourcePk property) can define any Client to run against a Decision Card; not just a Client from the Workflow's Account.
