Account Payment wizard; new options for Interest Only and Fee/ Interest Only Loans

The Account Payment wizard has been enhanced with new options for Interest Only and Fee/ Interest Only Loan Accounts.

This allows the Allocation method to be specified on the first page of the wizard. For example, you can now easily select "Principal Only".

Note, these options are in addition to the "Manual Allocation" facility. With these options the Payment will dynamically re-allocate to pay off, for example, the Principal balance when the Account is loaded.
