Direct Debits; for Interest Only Loans, now allocates Additional Payments to Fees and Principal

For Interest Only Loans, Additional Payments created via Direct Debits are now automatically allocated to Fees and Principal only.

This also means, for Loans where Payments are Interest Only, Additional Payments are NOT combined with Regular Payments - regardless of the Payment Method setting.

Note, the new "Fee and Interest Only" Payments are also automatically handled.
