Workflows; Version added to Workflow Types to support future functionality

A Version has been added to Workflow Types to support future functionality and retain compatibility for existing Workflow Types.

The Workflow Types form, General page allows a version, either 'Version 1' or 'Version 2', to be specified.

The default version of exiting Workflow Type is 'Version 1'. New Workflow Types will default to 'Version 2'.

The Workflow Details report has been updated as has the Import and Export functionality.
