Specifying an invalid Desktop Background Image as a startup parameter displays error message more than once

Starting finPOWER Connect with a /DesktopImage parameter referring to an image file that does not exist displays an error message, e.g.:

Failed to set Desktop background image to 'XXX' as specified in startup parameter 'DesktopImage'.

This message was being displayed multiple times; every time a database was opened or closed. The message will now only display once.
