Account Decline/ Unwanted; Audit Log Note includes XML rather than plain Text

If the Account Type, Close Options setting "Immediately archive Declined/ Unwanted Quote Accounts?" is unchecked, then declining or unwanting an Account will create a "Status Changed" Log with Notes in XML format.

This has been changed to create Notes as plain Text.
